Mardi Norman

Mardi Norman joined Sandpiper in 2022 with the goal of giving back to her local South Bay community and connecting with other philanthropic women. One of the main draws for her was the Sandpiper Juniors program for high school girls, as both of her teenage daughters are active members. The opportunity to volunteer together as a family has been especially meaningful, allowing them to participate side by side in projects such as Holiday Baskets, Sugar Plum, Summer Arts, Rainbow House Dinners, and the Holiday Home Tour.

In her professional life, Mardi is a business leader and serves as the President and CEO of a national mid-sized IT systems integrator focused on the public sector. She is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and overall execution of its goals. Beyond her corporate leadership, Mardi has been a passionate advocate for improving education for over a decade. In 2025, she became a local facilitator for the nationwide program Lead4Change, empowering high school students to take action for the betterment of their communities. She has served as Chairperson of the School Site Council at Da Vinci Connect K-12, is the Founder and Board Chair of the nonprofit LOFT Academy, and contributed to Sandpiper’s mission by serving on the Scholarship Committee in 2024.

In addition, Mardi has served on partner advisory boards of two fortune 500 companies. She is an active community volunteer though Sandpipers, where she has chaired philanthropic endeavors.
