I first learned about Sandpipers on New Year’s Eve while dining with my family. I struck up a conversation with the woman next to us, and after hearing I was a business coach, she said, “You should join Sandpipers.” Months later, when I began exploring ways to get more involved in the community, I remembered that conversation and looked up the organization. The timing aligned perfectly with the upcoming new member orientation.
As I connected with the women in Sandpipers, I was inspired by their passion for service, their professional ambition, and their commitment to family. I joined in 2022, served as the Social Media / Historian Chair in 2023, and served on the board as Marketing VP in 2024. One of the moments that deepened my involvement was participating in the Back-to-School shopping event. I’ll never forget the joy on a 5th grader’s face as she proudly showed her mom her new clothes and shoes. This year, I’m honored to serve on the Nomination and Leadership Development Committee, supporting the growth and development of future leaders within Sandpipers.
Professionally, I’m a goal achievement coach who partners with high-performing leaders and business owners to help them grow their revenue, lead with clarity, and achieve meaningful goals. I also host the Elite Achievement podcast and am passionate about helping others maximize their potential and define success on their own terms.
I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Joe, and we have a vivacious 11-year-old daughter. Throughout the South Bay, you’ll often find me practicing hot yoga, playing golf at Terranea, or enjoying dinner at Sea Level.
