“The Sand Section Beauty”

Welcome to this gorgeous Cape Cod Traditional Home. This spacious 4000 square foot, 5 bedroom 6 bath home is located in the prime Sand Section area of Manhattan Beach just blocks from the beach. Built in 2000 by Mike Woodcock and architect Joyce Flood+ Associates, this 40x100 lot is larger than typical area homes and boasts many top notch amenities including a backyard. The owners with the aid of Tim Campbell, Nancy Fishelson and builder Brunskill Construction, meticulously planned the layout and décor of their single family home to meet their active family’s growing needs while still reflecting their minimalist style and homeowner’s Canadian heritage.

The crisp Cape Cod exterior of this gracious two-story (plus basement) home greets the visitor while the interior décor reveals French Canadian country meeting Napa chic. Throughout the interior of the home, shades of white, grey, taupe and brown accent treasured reclaimed beams and posts from an 1800’s Canadian farmhouse. A work of art themselves, custom handmade Anthony Hatfield doors (homeowner’s father) can be found throughout both levels of the home.
