In 1931 at the height of the great depression, seven courageous women stepped forward to help their neighbors in their time of need. The vision of our founders is the cornerstone of Sandpipers today. 76 years later, over 700 members continue to answer the call of those most in need in our South Bay Community. Over 25,000 individuals and families are supported each year through Sandpipers’ programs, emergency financial aid and community service. Thank you for visiting our website and for supporting our fundraising events and philanthropic endeavors.
