Sandpipers has given back to our South Bay Community for the last 79 years!  Now entering our 80th year, we have a membership of over seven hundred woman bringing relief throughout the entire South Bay. Over 25,000 individuals and families are supported each year through our Sandpipers’ programs including emergency financial aid and community service.  Whether providing clothes and shoes for school age children in need, emergency aid to “neighbors” in need, scholarships to college bound students, or relief to families during the holidays, Sandpipers is still committed to caring about our community.

I have been involved in Sandpipers for nine years. I love this organization and all the women who do so much to help make our community a better place. I was born and raised in the South Bay and love that I can do something to give back to this wonderful place we call home. I truly believe that each one of our members is needed to make a difference in our community.  Throughout my Sandpiper experience, I have enjoyed chairing our Employee Giving program, our Fashion Show, and Social committee, assisted the VP of Membership, and held board positions of Director of Spring Events, VP of Membership and President Elect. All were terrific experiences for me.  This is an amazing group to be involved with and I am honored to be a part of it! Thank you for visiting our website and for supporting our fundraising events and philanthropic endeavors.
